Assignment - Food label questionnaires
- As a group design a questionnaire consisting of 5-10 questions about your products. Get one of the mentors to help you with your questions. Try to ask yes/no questions or give people a selection of answers - this will make it easier for you to analyze your questionnaire.
- Your questionnaire should ask why they buy a specific brand?
Does price play a role?
Do they look at the list of ingredients?
Do they understand what all the "stuff" is?
And does the list of ingredients influence their choice of brand?
And more ...
- There should be at least one question about the brand and at least one question about the ingredients of the product.
- Each member of the group has to question 10 people using the questionnaire - 5 people should be between the ages of 16 and 20 years and five people between the ages of 45 and 60 years.
- Bring your completed questionnaires to the meeting on 12 April 2014.
