Impact of Light Quantity and Quality on the Morphology and Physiology of Spinach Leaves

Light is essential for photosynthesis. If it is reduced or blocked, how will it affect plant productivity, plant pigments, starch content and leaf structure?

Using a ceptometer, a photosynthesis meter, a spectrophotometer, and a light and an electron microscope, photosynthesis and light measurements will be made in the field, while leaf morphology and pigment analysis will be conducted in the laboratory.
