Earthquakes and the earth's interior

A brief look at earthquakes, plate tectonics and the earth's interior, volcanoes, tsunami's, and how they are all related.

The main focus of this project will be earthquakes – how they occur, where, why and how they can be measured (location and magnitude). This will lead to the discussion and importance of plate tectonics, volcanoes, and tsunami's. Finally the earth's interior will also be investigated from a geological and geophysical point of view making use of earthquakes.
