Food safety awareness campaigne

1. Students are introduced to food safety through lecture by Wilma du Plooy and viewing of food safety videos.
2. Students do a study on their own to find out as much as possible about food safety.
3. Students compile questionnaire to asses food safety awareness amongst the community.
4. Students asses knowledge of community through questionnaire
5. Data processing.
6. Campaign for food safety awareness in public is launched, design of poster, flyers and stickers.
7. Make a food safety video for awareness campaign.
