Geology and climate

An introduction to paleoclimatology and atmospheric processes followed by a day excursion to the Sterkfontein caves as a practical example of Geology and climate working together.

Each student is required to collect one rock sample, analyse it and present their findings to the rest of the group. A final presentation will be given to the public incorporating all of the studies.
