"Can you Gangnam style with statistics?"

"Gangnam Style" is the 18th pop single by the South Korean musician Psy. The song was released on July 15, 2012, and became the first YouTube video to reach one billion views.

Has this dance bug also bit you? On average, how many UP students can do this dance? Is it based on gender, race, age, study field or exposure to the media? Or do you have a specific question about a certain experiment? What would the experimental design look like, and how are you going to analyse and interpret the results?

Well statistics can answer and summarize all of these questions. Statistical methods dating back to atleast the 5th century BC, will be used to collect, analyse and interpret the results. Descriptive statistics will be used to summarize the collected data and Venn diagrams, histograms and hypothesis testing will be done to reach reliable conclusions. So join this project to learn more about statistical methodology. Plus an exciting experiment will be done, where its data and measurements will be collected, analysed and interpreted using statistical methods.
