- Choose 2 different items/brands in the food group allocated to your group.
Food groups with the allocations are linked below.
Communicate with each other to avoid choosing identical products.
- List all the ingredients of your two articles as they appear on the food label - in the exact order.
- Also list write down the Nutritional Information per 100 g, that is the list giving values for Energy, Protein, Sugar, Fat, Fibre, etc.
- Write down the weight of the product and its price.
Note: You don't have to buy the product, you can do this in the shop or just take a photo.
