Keep an electronic diary about all the activities starting from the day you presented your research findings last year.

- Start your electronic diary with a short entry about your research project from this last year. Just say in which group you were and what you personally learned from that project - don't write about the science of the project, but about what it meant to you, how you experienced the other group members, etc
- If you want to please write something about the feedback you received from Dr Nel and if it helped you to make a career choice or even motivated you to study a bit ahrder so that you may relaise your dream.
- Then, at the end of each UP with SCIENCE day, briefly record what you did and what you learned and how you experienced the activity of the day.
