Netiquette |
|
Internet or online etiquette is generally referred to as 'netiquette'. |
|
If you send an e-mail, please remember the following:
- Always use a descriptive subject line.
"Hello" is not a good subject line.
- Write in full sentences and don't use sms abbreviations.
- Be polite but to the point.
- If you have many questions about different topics, write one mail per topic.
- Use a spell checker and read your message before you press the send button.
- Never, never send and an e-mail when you are angry; write it if you have to, then cool off and read it once more before you send it.
